Tested before, during and after. You can watch.
Every governor gets a first-run test on receipt, a parts assessment and estimate, and a final load trial in site-simulated conditions. Customers are welcome to witness testing on our bench.

01
First-run test (FIR)
On receipt the governor is tested on our rig. If it performs, it is re-calibrated and returned with a test report.
02
Dismantle & inspect
If not, it is stripped, cleaned and assessed. You get a parts assessment report and an estimate before we proceed.
03
Rebuild with OEM parts
On your work order, genuine RE parts are issued from stock and the governor is re-assembled to factory standard.
04
Final test & certificate
Load trial in site-simulated conditions, all settings re-calibrated, inspected by QC and issued with a test certificate.
